`POST /api/v1/feedback`

Accept a feedback message from the site (or any API consumer).

`website` is a honeypot: the form never shows it, so a filled value means
a bot. Those get the same 201 as everyone else -- returning an error just
teaches the bot which field to skip -- but nothing is stored.
