# Gets a contract job's pay/bill lines (BF-7522).

`GET /v{version}/ContractJobs/{jobId}/payBillItems`

One entry per pay/bill item: payBillItemId, name, costRate, billRate, the four flags, rows (how many rows the
job holds for the item) and ratesDiffer (true when those rows hold different rates). Send payBillItemId,
costRate and billRate back to PATCH.
