# List artifacts

`GET /api/v1/artifacts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://your-deployment.example.com`
- URL: `https://your-deployment.example.com/api/v1/artifacts`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Lists the artifacts you own, newest first, excluding deleted ones. Artifacts shared with you are not listed, though `GET /api/v1/artifacts/{id}` resolves them by id. Items carry `content: null`; fetch an artifact by id for its content. Cursor-paginated (see the pagination convention): pass `next_cursor` back as `cursor` until it is `null`.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string

## Response `200`

One page of artifacts, newest first.

    - `updated_at` string, required: ISO 8601 timestamp.
    - `content` string, nullable, required: The current version's content. `null` in a list (fetch the artifact by id for it), and in an update response to a caller who may edit the artifact but not read it, unless that update sent content.
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403`: The API key holds neither `notebooks:read` nor `notebooks:write`.
- `405`: The path does not serve this HTTP method.
- `422`: `limit` is out of range, or `cursor` is malformed or was issued by a different endpoint. A cursor is opaque: pass back exactly the `next_cursor` you were given.
- `429`: Per-user rate limit exceeded.
