Resolves or adds a comment to the requested BigPanda incident.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- Body
  - `resolved` boolean: To resolve the incident, set the value to `true`.
  - `comments` string: Annotation providing additional information about the incident resolution; appears in the activity feed for the incident.
