`PUT /v1/contacts/{contactId}/unstop`

Resumes business dealings with a contact (required scope contacts:write)

  - `appliesTo` 'contactOnly' | 'contactAndChildren': Indicates if the contact's child contacts should also no longer be on stop<p>Possible values:</p><ul><li><b>contactOnly</b>: Contact only</li><li><b>contactAndChildren</b>: Contact and children</li></ul>
