`GET /v1/teams/{id}/form`

## Request

Recent finished matches with the result derived from this team's
perspective (W/D/L), newest first.
**Solo plan or higher**: derived team form starts at Solo; Free
receives a 403 naming the tier and linking the docs and pricing pages.
