# Current injury status for a player

`GET /v1/players/{id}/injury`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bigballsdata.com`
- URL: `https://api.bigballsdata.com/v1/players/{id}/injury`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Available on Free. A covered player absent from the current injury
report returns `supported=true` and `status=active`. An uncovered
sport returns `supported=false` and `status=unknown`; neither is a
measured healthy player. The response includes `as_of` and, when an
injury row exists, `updated_at`. NBA and NHL are populated today.

## Other responses
