# What the NHL player-prop archive holds, per season

`GET /v1/odds/player-props/coverage`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bigballsdata.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Per-season depth of the NHL player-prop archive: events held, events
carrying props, and observation counts. Edge plan or higher.

`observations` is the per-event insert count recorded at capture time,
summed; stated in `meta.observations_source` rather than left for you
to assume, because it is not a live `COUNT(*)` over the observation
table.

Response: `{ data: { sport, league, seasons: [{ season, events,
events_with_props, observations, first_event, last_event }], totals,
markets_swept, canonical_markets, market_types }, meta: {
observations_source, snapshot_labels, generated_at } }`.
