# NBA player per-season cap hit and salary (Edge and above)

`GET /v1/nba/players/{id}/contract-seasons`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bigballsdata.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

The per-season breakdown behind `/contracts`: cap hit, total cash, base
salary and the league salary rank for that season. Money is whole US
dollars.

EDGE AND ABOVE, same refusal as `/contracts`.

MORE THAN ONE ROW PER SEASON IS REAL DATA. A player traded mid-deal, or
signed to a second contract inside one league year, has two rows for
that season and both figures are true, so nothing here is
deduplicated.

Coverage: 3,586 contract-seasons across 456 players, seasons 2011
through 2031.
