## Request

Flags upcoming games where the Elo-implied win probability beats the
de-vigged market price by at least `min_edge` percentage points. WC2026
plays on neutral sites, so the Elo home-court bump is suppressed and the
note is echoed in `neutral_site_note`. Filter by sport/league using brand
aliases (nba, nhl, ...) or canonical slugs (basketball, soccer, ...);
passing both with a conflict returns 400; omit both for all sports.
Requires a 2-way American moneyline plus an Elo rating for both teams;
a candidate whose only odds are decimal-format or a 3-way market (with a
draw) is reported in `odds_unresolved` rather than force-fit, and an
empty or partial result explains itself in `coverage_note` (null when
value games were found). Response object keys: model, window,
min_edge_pct, sport, evaluated, value_found, odds_unresolved,
neutral_site_note, coverage_note, games[], generated_at.
5-minute Redis cache.
**Edge plan or higher**: model-ready value signals start at Edge; Free
/ Solo / Trio receive a 403 naming the tier and linking the docs and
pricing pages.
A sport or league we cannot resolve returns 400 naming the value and
suggesting the valid keys, rather than widening to every sport. Until
2026-10-07 it widened: measured in production that day,
`?league=ZZZ_NOT_A_LEAGUE` and no parameter at all both returned
evaluated 217, against 3 for `?league=nba` and 17 for `?league=nhl`.
