`DELETE /bnpl/{bnplId}`

THe plan will be removed definitely.

the BNPL is deleted successfully.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — The caller is not authenticated
- `403` — Access rights not sufficient
- `404` — Cannot not found BNPL. Check billingId
- `500` — Internal Server Error.
