## Query parameters

- `deal` 'nightly' | 'rent' | 'sale' | 'all': nightly | rent | sale | all
- `city` string: city slug, e.g. riga
- `kind` 'apartment' | 'house' | 'land' | 'commercial' | 'any'
- `min` integer: min price EUR
- `max` integer: max price EUR
- `rooms` string: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4+
- `limit` integer: max rows (default 50, cap 200)
