`POST /organization/voices/permissions`

Add a voice permission to a project

      - `enabled` boolean: Whether or not content bodies should be included in the audio. The default is `true`
      - `voice` object, nullable
        - `id` integer: The body voice id
        - `name` string: The body voice name

  - `created` string, date-time: Time at which the object was created (ISO 8601)
