Returns calendar events that have been removed or cancelled from the specified event types

## Query parameters

- `page` integer
- `pageSize` integer
- `type` 'ratings' | 'earnings' | 'dividends' | 'splits' | 'ipos' | 'offerings' | 'economics' | 'guidance' | 'ma' | 'conference calls'
- `updated` integer
