# Bulk create Molecule with parent

`POST /api/v3/molecule:bulk-create-molecules-with-parent`

Bulk create molecules with automatic parent creation for salt form molecules. Requires salt form molecule support to be enabled for the tenant. Accepts a ScratchFile containing JSONL where each line is a JSON object matching the BulkMoleculeWithParentInput schema. When the target schema is a salt-aware Compound schema paired with a Form schema, salt/solvate fragments in each structure are automatically detected and split out to create the parent molecule. For any other schema, structures containing recognized salt/solvate fragments are rejected.

  - `fileId` string, required: The API ID of the scratch file (`scrfile_XXXXXXXX`) containing the items to import. The referenced file must be a scratch file whose upload has completed successfully.
