Batch update LibraryParameterDefinition synchronously in one transaction. Maximum 25 items per request.

    - `description` string: Updated description. Maximum 2048 characters.
    - `id` string, required
    - `name` string: Updated display name. Must contain at least one alphanumeric character. Maximum 44 characters.
