# Bulk Create Users

`POST /users:bulk-create`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://{tenant_name}.benchling.com/api/v2`
- URL: `https://{tenant_name}.benchling.com/api/v2/users:bulk-create`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Bulk Create Users.

## Request body

- UserBulkCreateRequest
  - `users` UserCreate[]
    - `email` string, required: Email of the User
    - `handle` string, required: Handle of the User
    - `name` string, required: Name of the User

## Response `202`

This endpoint launches a [long-running task](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/api/v2/benchling-api/tasks/get-task) and returns the Task ID of the launched task.
When successful, the task returns a full list of [Users](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/api/v2/benchling-api/users/bulk-create-users) resources that were created.
