# Bulk Update RNA Oligos

Bulk Update RNA Oligos

## Request body

- RnaOligosBulkUpdateRequest
  - `rnaOligos` RnaOligoBulkUpdate[]
    - `aliases` string[]: Aliases to add to the Oligo
    - `authorIds` string[]: IDs of users to set as the Oligo's authors.
    - `bases` string: Base pairs of the oligo.
    - `customFields` CustomFields
    - `fields` Fields
    - `folderId` string: ID of the folder containing the Oligo.
    - `name` string: Name of the Oligo.
    - `schemaId` string: ID of the oligo's schema.
    - `annotations` RnaAnnotation[]: Annotations on the Oligo.
      - `color` string: Hex color code used when displaying this feature in the UI.
      - `customFields` SequenceFeatureCustomField[]
        - `name` string: Name of the custom field
        - `value` string: Value of the custom field
      - `name` string
      - `notes` string
      - `end` integer: 0-based exclusive end index. The end of the sequence is always represented as 0.
      - `start` integer: 0-based inclusive start index.
      - `strand` integer
      - `type` string
    - `helm` string: Representation of the oligo in HELM syntax, including any chemical modifications
    - `customNotation` string: Representation of the sequence or oligo in the custom notation specified by customNotationId
    - `customNotationId` string: ID of the notation used to interpret the string provided in the customNotation field
    - `id` string

## Response `202`

This endpoint launches a [long-running task](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/api/v2/benchling-api/tasks/get-task) and returns the Task ID of the launched task.
When successful, the task returns a full list of [RNA Oligo](https://docs.benchling.com/docs/api/v2/benchling-api/rna-oligos/get-rna-oligo) resources that were updated.
