`POST /folders`

## Request

Create folder

## Request body

- FolderCreate
  - `name` string, required: The name of the new folder.
  - `parentFolderId` string, required: The ID of the parent folder.

## Response `201`

  - `name` string
  - `parentFolderId` string, nullable: ID of the parent folder, if it exists
  - `projectId` string: ID of the containing project
