`PATCH /dropdowns/{dropdown_id}`

- `dropdown_id` string, required

## Request body

- DropdownUpdate
  - `options` DropdownOptionUpdate[], required: Options to set for the dropdown
    - `id` string: ID of the dropdown option to update, omitted if creating a new option.
    - `name` string, required: Name of the dropdown option.

## Response `200`

OK

- Dropdown: Dropdowns are registry-wide enums. Use dropdowns to standardize on spelling and naming conventions, especially for important metadata like resistance markers.
