# Check in containers

`POST /containers:check-in`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://{tenant_name}.benchling.com/api/v2`
- URL: `https://{tenant_name}.benchling.com/api/v2/containers:check-in`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Check in containers to signify that they are available for use.

## Request body

- ContainersCheckin
  - `comments` string
  - `containerIds` string[], required: Array of container IDs.

## Response `200`

OK
