# OCI token endpoint (POST) — `OAuth2` token exchange

`POST /v0/auth/oci/token`

Accepts `application/x-www-form-urlencoded` body with `grant_type=password`. Docker 29+ (containerd image store) uses this flow before falling back to GET.
