- DCMA14PointRequest: Request body for POST /api/v1/forensics/dcma-14-point.

    - `delay_category` string, nullable: Delay attribution category. Valid values: owner, contractor, design, procurement, weather, force_majeure.
    - `earned_value` number, nullable: Earned Value (BCWP) in cost units. Requires options.include_ev_validation.
    - `budgeted_cost` number, nullable: Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS) in cost units.
    - `approval_required` boolean, nullable: Whether this task requires explicit approval before it can start.
    - `approval_status` string, nullable: Approval workflow state. Valid values: not_required, pending, approved, rejected.
  - `start_task_ids` string[]: Task IDs exempt from predecessor requirements (Check #1).
  - `finish_task_ids` string[]: Task IDs exempt from successor requirements (Check #1).
  - `status_date` string, nullable: Project data date (ISO 8601). Required for checks #9, #11, #14.
  - `target_finish_date` string, nullable: Target finish date (ISO 8601). Required for Check #13 (CPLI).
  - `loe_task_ids` string[]: Level-of-Effort task IDs — excluded from all checks.
