# Self-register and get an agent API key

`POST /agent/register`

## Request

Public. Requires a solved proof-of-work from POST /agent/register/challenge. Rate-limited per IP (about 5/hour). Returns free-tier agent quotas. The key starts with bc_ and is shown once; store it securely. Prefer beecargo_register_agent or the CLI.
