`POST /cabinet/subscription/tariff/switch`

## Request body

- TariffPurchaseRequest: Request to purchase a tariff.
  - `tariff_id` integer, required: Tariff ID to purchase
  - `period_days` integer, required: Period in days
  - `traffic_gb` integer, nullable: Custom traffic in GB (for custom_traffic_enabled tariffs)
