Take the free first video.

Deprecated since 2026-09-23: the first in-scope image_to_video or
text_to_video request spends the free video automatically. Kept only for
consoles built before that; remove once none are deployed.

No request body and no idempotency key: the tenant is the key, and
`uq_free_video_entitlements_tenant` is what enforces once-ever. Clicking
twice is a read, and clicking on an already-spent offer reports that state
rather than raising — "you already used this" is a sentence the page says,
not a 409 the caller has to interpret.

Successful Response

- FreeVideoOfferResponse: The free-first-video offer as the console renders it. `status` is `available | granted | holding | consumed`. Only `available` is derived — a tenant with no row reads as available; everything else is stored. 0013 removed the redemption window, so a claim no longer expires. The locked scope is echoed back on every response so the page states what is being given in the same words the redemption path will enforce. `consumed_task_id` and `consumed_at` are the receipt: which video this turned into, and when.
