Shadbala asset.

Default (BDA_SHADBALA_FULL_ENABLED off): only the auditable subcomponents
backed by the Kundali bundle — no full Shadbala score. With the flag on it
returns `shadbala_full_v1`, the six-fold classical total; the `contract`
block always states which of the two the caller received.
