# Ratifications Index

`GET /ratifications`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://jyotish-api.bda.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://jyotish-api.bda.ai/ratifications`
- Auth: none declared

The doctrinal ratification registry — every ruled rule, with its authority.

Read-only and public on purpose: a provenance claim that only BDA can inspect
is not provenance. Any consumer (crawler, MCP client, panditji, auditor) can
check what BDA actually holds a signed record for, and at what authority.
``authority: "owner"`` with ``pandit_reviewed_at: null`` means exactly what it
says — the owner ruled it and the pandit countersignature is still open.

The same records generate the in-engine citation strings (see
``app/ratification_registry.ratification_provenance``), so this endpoint and
the Panchang payloads cannot drift apart: there is one record behind both.
