Sidereal + tropical longitudes for all 9 grahas at a specific moment.

The 9-graha block is a real client payload (the live Panchang page fetches
`/planets/positions` to render the planets card), so the response is
gzip-negotiated via the audited `_json_response_maybe_gzip` helper: the
DECOMPRESSED body is byte-identical to the old `return _attribution_envelope(...)`
path (no contract/field/value change), and clients that do not advertise
`Accept-Encoding: gzip` (or tiny payloads) get the unchanged JSON body.
