Daily utility pack exposing already-implemented Panchang/Jyotish lanes.

This is the endpoint-strategy v1 contract from the research report: no new
math, no Supabase/Qdrant reads, one stable API shape for dashboard, Ask Maa
Kali, emails, MCP/AI consumption, and future atomized endpoints. Heavy scans
stay opt-in so the default remains safe for public and crawler traffic.

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: Latitude in decimal degrees
- `lng` number, required: Longitude in decimal degrees
- `date` string, date, required: Local date for the utility pack (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `tz` string, nullable: IANA timezone (auto-resolved from lat/lng if omitted)
- `elevation_m` number: Observer elevation in meters
- `profile` string: Regional Panchang profile
- `natal_moon_rashi_idx` integer, nullable: 0-based natal Moon rashi index for personal Chandrabalam
- `natal_lagna` string, nullable: Natal lagna rashi name for gemstone lookup
- `natal_nakshatra_idx` integer, nullable: 0-based natal nakshatra index for Tara Bala and birthstar utilities
- `include_windows` boolean: Include Hora and Gowri daily windows
- `include_astronomical_core_scans` boolean: Include retrograde, combustion, ingress, eclipse, and seasonal scans
- `include_lagna_table` boolean: Include the 12-lagna transition table
- `compact` boolean: Return compact window sections suitable for dashboards and feeds
