User memory packet — recent questions, dominant domains, similar past
questions, open themes, prior remedies. Powers the "Continue Your
Guidance" surface and is also injected into Ask Maa Kali at answer time
for personal questions from logged-in / consented profiles.

Auth: Wix member_id or anonymous session_id resolves the profile. The endpoint
bypasses the consent gate because the user is explicitly asking to see
their own history; the panchang_ask injection path does NOT bypass it.
