Divisional-chart (Varga) report — the Parashari Shodasavarga subset the engine
computes (D2 wealth, D7 children, D9 marriage/dharma, D10 career, D12 parents, D24
education, D60 overall karma) plus Vargottama detection, rendered as a structured,
bilingual, source-cited report asset (§7). Pure: it builds the personal Jyotish
bundle and re-presents the deterministic varga placements (each planet's divisional
sign + house, the divisional lagna, and the engine's own classical theme label) it
ALREADY computes — no varga signification, strength, or outcome is fabricated.
Vargottama is reported as a structural condition (same sign in D1 and D9), its
weight deferred to a pandit. §12 guidance-not-fatalism; no scripture quoted. The
LLM only narrates; this layer is pure templating.
