Bhav Chalit (cusp-overlay) report — the chalit-chakra overlay the engine
computes on top of the rashi-based chart, rendered as a structured, bilingual,
source-cited report asset (§7). Pure: it builds the personal Jyotish bundle and
re-presents the deterministic overlay it ALREADY computes — each planet's rashi-based
(rashi) house, its chalit-cusp (chalit) house, the 12 sidereal cusps, and which
planets shift bhava between the two — no house outcome, strength, or prediction is
fabricated. A shift is a structural condition (a planet near a cusp boundary), its
weight deferred to a pandit. §12 guidance-not-fatalism; no scripture quoted. The LLM
only narrates; this layer is pure templating.
