Unreduced Ashtakavarga report asset.

Pure deterministic endpoint: builds the same Kundali bundle as the dashboard,
then exposes seven Bhinnashtakavarga tables plus unreduced Sarvashtakavarga.
It deliberately does not compute Trikona/Ekadhipatya reductions, Pinda
Sadhana, or phala until those rules are separately ratified and tested.
