Composite today's-context endpoint for the dashboard.

Returns the daily Panchang (tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, paksha,
sunrise/sunset) AND the auspicious/inauspicious Choghadiya windows
(rahu kaala, yamaganda, gulika) for the member's current location.

Powered by the existing /panchang/daily compute; this endpoint adds
profile-aware location resolution, bilingual labels, and a stable
shape the `panchang_today` + `avoid_today` widgets consume.
