Full data integrity status across all domains.

Reads the latest snapshot the worker's periodic cycle already computed
and stored in integrity_checks, rather than recomputing every domain
inline — the inline path included several COUNT(*)/COUNT(DISTINCT)
queries over multi-million-row wallet_graph tables and could take
9s-5min on a cache miss (Railway edge logs showed browser 499s on this
path). Falls back to a live compute only if no cycle has ever stored
a snapshot (fresh deploy).
