`POST /api/v1/webhooks`

Register or update a merchant webhook URL

## Request body

- WebhookInput — Webhook configuration input
  - `merchant_id` string, uuid — Merchant ID. Defaults to the logged-in merchant if not provided. Required for admin tokens.
  - `webhook_url` string, uri, required — The URL where webhook notifications will be sent

## Response `200`

  - `success` boolean, required — Indicates if the request was successful
  - `data` object, required — Webhook configuration
    - `webhook_url` string, uri — The URL where webhook notifications will be sent
    - `message` string — Success message
