# Trigger a learn cycle for a feed

`POST /v1/feeds/{fid}/learn`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.banksync.io`
- URL: `https://api.banksync.io/v1/feeds/{fid}/learn`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Immediately triggers the Memory enrichment learn phase for a feed, reading back destination records to update learned patterns. Repeat calls within 30 seconds collapse onto the same run. Returns { triggered: true } when a run is in flight, or { triggered: false, reason } when the feed has nothing to learn from (no Memory enrichment, or a destination BankSync cannot read back).

- `fid` string, required: Feed ID

## Response `200`

Learn cycle dispatched

- object
  - `success` true, required
  - `data` object, required
    - `triggered` boolean, required: True when a learn run is in flight. False when the feed has nothing to learn from.
    - `reason` string: Why nothing was dispatched, when `triggered` is false.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Feed not found
