`GET /v1/banks/{bid}/accounts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.banksync.io`
- URL: `https://api.banksync.io/v1/banks/{bid}/accounts`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Responses may be served from a cache up to 6 hours old: `X-BankSync-Cache` says `hit`, `miss` or `bypass`, and `Age` is the cached answer's age in seconds.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `409`: The bank needs reconnecting and no accounts are cached (`code` `reauth_required`, `recovery.action` `reconnect`, `reconnectUrl` where to reconnect it) — never an empty list that reads as "this bank has no accounts"
