# Submit or update your rating of Bankstatemently

`PUT /product-rating`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bankstatemently.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.bankstatemently.com/v1/product-rating`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Submits (or updates) the caller's own 1-5 rating of the product as a whole, not of one document. One rating is stored per user; a later call replaces the rating, and replaces the stored feedback only when the call carries `feedback`. Permission to quote is asked on our own page only and is not accepted here. Rate limit: 10 requests per minute.

Rating stored.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid rating.
- `401`: Authentication failed, API key revoked, or API key expired.
- `429`: Too many requests. Wait the number of seconds indicated by the `Retry-After` header.
- `500`: An unexpected server error occurred.
