# Disable a webhook, or re-enable a disabled or failing one, without rotating its endpoint or secret.

`PATCH /v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/webhooks/{endpointId}`

## Request

Disabling stops deliveries or inbound automation events and keeps the webhook, its name and its history. Disabling an incoming webhook also disables its connection, so Journeys it triggers stop receiving events until it is re-enabled. To remove a webhook for good, delete it.
