# Share a message to a Slack channel

`POST /channels/slack/messages`

## Request

Posts a short message (1 to 3000 characters) to an allowed client Slack channel, attributed to the calling agent on behalf of the creator. The channel must have an enabled policy with posting allowed. dry_run returns the exact message preview and never calls Slack. Requires channels:write. MCP: bamf.share_to_channel.
