`DELETE /contacts`

Deletes contact(s) from contacts.db by identifier (name + phones).
Frontend sends:
  { "identifier": { "name": "...", "phones": "..." } }

  - `identifier` ContactsDeleteContactIdentifier, required
    - `name` string
    - `phones` string
