# Delete Clock Entry

`DELETE /api/v1/time-tracking/clock-entries/{id}`

Deletes a time tracking clock entry by its ID.

OAuth Scopes: time_tracking:timesheets.write

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `204`

The clock entry was deleted, or did not exist (DELETE is idempotent).

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized. Missing or invalid authentication.
- `403`: Forbidden. Insufficient permissions.
- `409`: Conflict. The clock entry belongs to an approved timesheet or is still open.
- `422`: The provided clock entry ID is not a valid positive integer.
