# Delete a currency

`DELETE /settings/currencies/{id}`

## Request

- URL: `http://localhost:8000/api/admin/settings/currencies/{id}`

Refuses with HTTP 400 if this is the only remaining currency, or if any channel uses it as its base_currency_id.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `200`

Currency deleted.

## Other responses

- `400`: Cannot delete — last remaining currency or a channel base currency.
- `404`: Currency not found.
