# Upload the channel favicon

`POST /settings/channels/{id}/favicon`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000/api/admin`

Send multipart/form-data with `favicon` (bmp, jpeg, jpg, png, webp, ico). Replaces the current favicon. Optional `file_name` names the stored file. Returns the channel detail.

  - `file_name` string

## Response `200`

Stored. Returns the channel detail.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input
- `403`: Missing settings.channels.edit permission.
- `404`: Channel not found.
- `422`: Missing or invalid file.
