# Send an admin message on an RMA request

`POST /rma/messages`

## Request

Adds an admin message to the RMA conversation and notifies the customer. Body `{ return_id, message }`; optional multipart `file` (REST only). Permission: sales.rma.requests.

The created admin message.

- `400`: Invalid input
- `422`: Validation Error
