# Delete an attribute option

`DELETE /catalog/attributes/{attributeId}/options/{optionId}`

Deletes the given option. Returns HTTP 409 if the option is referenced by any product attribute values.

## Response `200`

Option deleted.

## Other responses

- `404`: Not found
- `409`: Option is in use by products.
