# List available shipping rates for the draft cart

`GET /carts/{cartId}/shipping-methods`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000/api/admin`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/api/admin/carts/{cartId}/shipping-methods`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Calls `Shipping::collectRates()` against the cart and returns the available rates. Requires both billing AND shipping addresses to already be saved — returns HTTP 409 otherwise.

Available shipping rates.
