Cancel during grace and restore the account.

Reachable because `get_current_user` admits accounts inside their grace
window — see `auth.is_pending_deletion`. No second factor: the user already
authenticated, and restoring an account is not a destructive act. Making
cancellation harder than deletion would be exactly backwards.
